We've put together the information on this site — prices, hours, photos and descriptions — in good faith and try to keep it accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it's error-free at every moment. If something here doesn't match what you find when you visit, such as a price or an opening time, what's actually in effect at the range, course and shop takes precedence.
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Golf City Rotorua unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to link to it; please don't copy or republish it without asking us first.
The ball finder tool
The "Find your golf ball" tool on this site gives you a suggested match based on the answers you give it and the published characteristics of the balls we stock. It's a starting point, not a professional fitting or a guarantee that a particular ball will suit your game — no online tool replaces actually hitting it. Come and see us at the range and we'll happily put you on a Trackman.
Prices
Prices shown on this website for the driving range, mini golf and any other services are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We try to keep them current, but they may change without notice, and the price in effect at the time of your visit is the one that applies. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell at a listed price — it's provided for general information.
Visiting Golf City
No booking is needed for the driving range or mini golf course — just turn up during our opening hours. Golf involves moving balls and clubs, so please follow any safety instructions from our staff and any signage on site. Most personal injury in New Zealand is covered through the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) scheme rather than through a legal claim against a business; nothing in these terms is intended to affect your rights under that scheme.
Buying from the shop
Goods and services bought in person at Golf City — clubs, balls, apparel, fitting, repairs, coaching and so on — are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the same as any purchase from a New Zealand retailer. Nothing on this website changes those rights. This website doesn't process payments or take online orders; all purchases happen in person, in store.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited by law, we limit it to, at our choice, replacing the goods or services concerned, or paying the reasonable cost of doing so.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Golf City Rotorua isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including reliance on its information, prices, or the ball finder tool. This doesn't affect any right you have that can't be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the ACC scheme.
